After-sales Service:
1. When failure feedback occurs, Labtone will give timely attention (4-8 hours working hours), including E-mail, phone, video communication etc., to find the root cause of failure. If the problem can be solved by replacing parts, we will send the parts soon by air express (except for sensors) for free.
In case on-site maintenance is required during the warranty period, labor and material fees won't be charged. The customer only needs to provide the technical personnel for air tickets and hotel fees.
Besides we can ask our distributor in Europe to help us to handle it.
2. Regarding maintenance, according to our years of experience, 70% of failures are due to personnel issues. So we hope that the operators should be specially trained, and we will give enough training time until the operator is very familiar with the equipment. The daily maintenance of the equipment is relatively simple, we will provide the maintenance checklist.
3. 4-8 hours response and 12-24 hours solutions (working hours). In case on-site maintenance is required, we will arrange the fastest trip (arrange the visa asap after confirmation).
